We want every homeowner who reaches Politicalrequirements Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Politicalrequirements Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Politicalrequirements Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@politicalrequirements.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
